  • Goldman Sachs Research projects that more than 1.4 million humanoid robots  will be shipped globally by 2035, with long-run deployment scaling toward  hundreds of millions of units.
  • Three forces are converging right now to make this inflection inevitable.
  • Compute economics: dramatic cost reductions in AI compute and inference.
  • Hardware maturity: bipedal actuator and battery technology crossing industrial-grade thresholds.
  • Workforce gap: an acute industrial labor shortage, now exceeding 500,000 unfilled U.S. manufacturing jobs.
  • The hardware is shipping. The operational infrastructure to run these fleets safely, reliably, and insurably does not yet exist.
  • The bottleneck on the path to one million humanoids is not production. It is uptime.
  • This gap is the opportunity, and the window to own it is open right now.
  • RobotCare, LLC is building that infrastructure layer with the Robot Health Passport™🛡️, the CHRT™ credential, and the patent-pending HR IV™ valuation algorithm.

The playbook is proven. CDK Global®, Mitchell®, and Solera® became multi-billion dollar entities by owning the neutral data position in automotive. RobotCare, LLC is building that same essential lifecycle infrastructure layer for the humanoid era.

  • CDK Global® - the automotive dealer management and data platform, was taken private in 2022 for a total enterprise value of $8.3 billion (with an equity value of approximately $6.4 billion).
  • Solera Holdings® - which owns vehicle lifecycle data infrastructure across 90 countries - was acquired in 2016 for approximately $6.5 billion and now generates over $2 billion in annual revenue through SaaS, transactional fees, and data licensing.
  • Mitchell International - the automotive claims and repair data platform, has been valued at multi-billion dollar levels across multiple transactions, including its $1.1 billion acquisition by KKR in 2013 and a subsequent acquisition by Stone Point Capital in 2018.
  • Each became dominant and highly acquirable by owning the neutral data layer sitting between manufacturers, operators, insurers, and service providers.
  • They did not just sell software, they provided proprietary actuarial and lifecycle data that became an industry standard.
  • HumanoidFit™: O*NET-powered occupational screening and job-to-robot matching. 7-layer analysis: capability fit (52 abilities + RIASEC), five-rail regulatory pathway, and FTE-adjusted ROI.
  • RobotCare, LLC is establishing that same data-layer dominance in the earliest possible window, before the market demands it, and while the cost of entry is still at pre-seed.

RobotCare, LLC is raising $1.5 million to $2 million on a pre-seed SAFE. Strategic acquisition discussions are also welcome at this stage.

  • Use of proceeds: secure first design partner relationships, advance patent prosecution, build the Robot Health Passport™ data platform to pilot-ready, and launch the first CHRT™ certified technician cohort.
  • Target milestones within 18 months:
    1. Three signed design partner agreements.
    2. First CHRT™ certification cohort completed and credentialed.
    3. Robot Health Passport™ pilot live with a fleet operator, and a seed round initiated on the strength of those results.

  • The data layer being built here is not just software. It is the actuarial foundation that makes robot fleets insurable, financeable, and resalable. The same foundation made the automotive infrastructure comps worth billions to acquirers.
  • Patent-pending core technology (application number available with NDA).
  • Two flagship products: Robot Health Passport™ and CHRT™.
  • 15 OEM humanoid robot platforms in CHRT™ curriculum scope.
  • A founder with the exact cross-industry background this infrastructure play requires.
  • The window to be early is open. It will not stay open.
  • RobotCare, LLC is open to full acquisition by any of the 15 humanoid robot OEMs, A3 member companies, or IEEE Robotics partners seeking instant infrastructure ownership and patent-pending IP.

Before a Robot Can Scale, It Must Be Insurable

  • Every major hardware category that now operates at scale in the world - automobiles, aircraft, medical devices - required an insurance infrastructure before it could cross from pilot program to mass deployment. Insurance is not administrative overhead. It is the mechanism by which capital, regulators, and society collectively decide that a technology is acceptable to release into the world in volume. Humanoid robotics is approaching that threshold now.

  • The gap is not a lack of insurer interest. Lloyd's of London, Relm Insurance, Autonomy Insurance, PICC in China, and Munich Re Ventures are all moving toward the humanoid robot risk category with real capital and real underwriting intent. The gap is the absence of the one thing every actuary, underwriter, and claims investigator requires before they can price a policy with confidence: a verified, persistent, standardized record of what each robot has done, what condition it is in, who maintained it, and whether that maintenance was performed by a credentialed technician following a documented workflow.

  • That record does not exist today at scale. It cannot be constructed from OEM specifications, simulated in a lab, or estimated from aggregate industry data. It can only come from real robots, operated by real fleets, serviced by CHRT™ certified technicians, generating verified Robot Health Passport™ records at every service event.

  • The nine insurance coverage lines shown above - from Commercial General Liability and Workers Compensation to Usage-Based Insurance and Performance SLA Parametric coverage - are not future products. They are coverage categories that fleet operators need today and that insurers are actively trying to structure. Every one of them is currently being underwritten without the data layer they require to price accurately. Every one of them becomes more viable, more precise, and more scalable the moment that data layer exists.

  • RobotCare is building that data layer. The Robot Health Passport™ is not a maintenance tool that happens to produce insurance-relevant data. It is, by design, the actuarial infrastructure the humanoid robot insurance market requires to function - and the first verifiable, standardized, cross-platform source of that data known to exist at scale.

The Infrastructure Layer Compounds.

<!-- BLOCK 4.7: Investment Case, the Infrastructure Layer Compounds -->

CDK did this for auto dealers at $8.3B. Solera did it at $6.5B. The humanoid aftermarket is not yet priced.

  •  Goldman Sachs' revised humanoid TAM reaches $38B by 2035, a more than sixfold upward revision in a single cycle driven by faster-than-expected AI progress.
  • The CDK Global and Solera precedents show what the infrastructure layer is worth once a category is priced: $8.3B and $6.5B respectively, both paid by strategic acquirers who wanted to own the data backbone before a competitor did.
  • RobotCare, LLC holds the patent-pending HR IV™ algorithm and the Robot Health Passport™ data architecture.
  • Every month of category acceleration makes the layer more valuable, and harder to rebuild from scratch.
