Humanoid Robot Lifecycle Data Hub · Patent Pending

<!-- BLOCK 2: · Pitch Deck Slide 1 · The Inflection Point · Humanoid Robot Lifecycle Data -->

The Inflection Point

Goldman Sachs projects annual humanoid shipments reaching 1.4 million units by 2035 and values the market at $38 billion, a sixfold upward revision in a single year. Morgan Stanley puts the long-term opportunity at $5 trillion and roughly 1 billion units in service by 2050. Scale is no longer the question. Timing is.

  • This is not a 2035 story. It is happening now. Tesla is running Optimus in its own factories and converting Fremont toward million-unit annual capacity.
  • Agility's Digit is in paid commercial deployment across nine enterprise sites and is going public through a $2.5 billion transaction (AGLT).
  • Figure has logged roughly eleven months of continuous operation on BMW's Spartanburg line.
  • China's MIIT already mandates lifecycle tracking for more than 28,000 humanoids on a national ID platform. The robots are deploying. The infrastructure to keep them provable is not.
  • Three structural forces are converging at once: the collapse in AI compute and training costs, bipedal actuator and battery technology reaching industrial-grade reliability as unit cost falls about 40% to the $30,000 to $150,000 range, and a U.S. manufacturing labor shortfall near 500,000 unfilled jobs today and projected to approach 2 million by the early 2030s (Deloitte and the Manufacturing Institute).
  • The OEMs themselves are now naming the gaps. In July 2026, Agility Robotics CEO Peggy Johnson published six policy pillars for scaling industrial humanoids, calling for technician training pipelines, apprenticeships, industry-led safety frameworks, and robots as a service (RaaS) financing models. When OEM leadership petitions Washington for workforce and trust infrastructure, the inflection is no longer a forecast. It is on the record.

<!-- BLOCK 3: Pitch Deck Slide 2 · The Maintenance Gap · Automotive Analogy -->

The Maintenance Gap

The U.S. automotive aftermarket generates over $435 billion annually.

  • It was built on three foundational layers: standardized maintenance records, a certified technician workforce, and insurance and finance rails tied to verifiable vehicle history.
  • Hardware production is accelerating. The operational infrastructure required to deploy, maintain, certify, and finance these fleets safely and reliably at scale does not yet exist.
  • An undocumented vehicle has limited resale value. Uninsurable vehicles cannot be financed at scale.
  • Humanoid robotics lacks this infrastructure today.
  • OEM leadership now says so publicly. Agility's six-pillar policy framework (July 2026) calls for expanded technician training and voluntary, industry-led safety frameworks. Voluntary frameworks only sustain public trust when compliance is verifiable, and no OEM can serve as the neutral verifier of its own fleet. The gap is now acknowledged from inside the industry.
  • Without a trusted neutral system of record, fleets cannot be managed, insured, or financed efficiently at scale.
  • A CFO can justify the capital, a lender can finance the fleet, and an underwriter can price the risk, but only when maintenance history, parts provenance, and performance data are certified and auditable. CHRT™-certified technicians, predictive maintenance, and insurance-grade records are how that proof gets built.
  • RobotCare™ is developing the robot lifecycle hub, creating the "Kelley Blue Book®, the Carfax®, and the ASE® credential" plus more for robot care services in the humanoid robot economy.

The Platform

The Platform

RobotCare, LLC is the neutral operational Operating System connecting OEMs, fleet operators, insurers, and technicians through AI-powered humanoid robots.

  • Our two flagship products form a comprehensive humanoid robot lifecycle hub:
  • Robot Health Passport™🛡️ - a verifiable lifecycle record for every deployed robot unit.
  • CHRT™ (Certified Humanoid Robot Technician™) - the industry-first credential spanning 15 major humanoid robot OEM platforms.
  • This ensures every stakeholder is connected within the RobotCare™ services ecosystem.
  • The bottleneck is not production capacity. It is ROI.
  • Every calibration, sensor swap, and repair is cryptographically attested in the Robot Health Passport™🛡️, compounding into a cross-OEM dataset no single manufacturer can assemble. Our patent-pending HR IV™ (Humanoid Robot Insurable Value) algorithm converts that verified history into a pricing rail for insurers, lenders, and resale markets, translating maintenance quality directly into lower premiums, financeable collateral, and higher residual value.
  • This is also how small and medium enterprises (SMEs) get in. OEMs are now pointing to robots as a service (RaaS) models to unlock SME adoption, and RaaS only works when residual values are underwritable. HR IV™ converts verified maintenance history into exactly that underwriting rail, turning the Robot Health Passport™🛡️ into financeable collateral for large enterprises and SMEs alike.
  • Comparable infrastructure plays in automotive, CDK Global®, Mitchell International®, and Solera Holdings® were each acquired for billions precisely because they owned this neutral data position in their respective markets.

Three Infrastructure Layers

CHRT™ Network · Verified Technicians · Fleet Infrastructure

The Human Layer - CHRT™ Certified Technicians

  •  The humanoid robot economy does not scale on hardware alone. It scales on the certified technicians who keep the fleets running, the guided workflows that make every repair verifiable, and the Robot Health Passport™🛡️ record that makes every machine insurable, finance-ready, and resale-valuable. The CHRT™ network connects all three into a single operational layer, platform-agnostic, credential-verified, and performance-tracked on every dispatch.

  • The Certified Humanoid Robot Technician (CHRT™) credential is the human standard that makes humanoid robot maintenance real at scale. Fifteen weeks. 210 hours. Hands-on training across all 15 major OEM humanoid robot platforms, covering actuator systems, battery safety, AI diagnostics, guided repair workflows (tablet, handheld, or AR), and Robot Health Passport™🛡️ documentation. Graduates are dispatched through the RobotCare🤖 Maintenance OS as a platform-agnostic service network, with every repair tracked against their credential record. As fleets grow from thousands to millions of units, the CHRT™ network is the scalable workforce that keeps them in service.

The Infrastructure Layer - Verified at Every Layer

  •  Every CHRT™ dispatch produces a machine-verified service event. The guided workflow enforces the exact sequence required under ANSI/A3 R15.06-2025 and ISO 13482. Each confirmed step is PKI-signed, timestamped, and written directly into the Robot Health Passport™🛡️ the lifecycle record that insurers, fleet operators, and secondary market buyers require. The result is a single connected infrastructure: the credential, the workflow, and the record operating as one verified system across every robot in the field.
